I had to transport a vehicle from North Carolina to Montana. This was my first time having to transport a vehicle so I did my research and due diligence before contacting Bill.

I find it interesting that there is a red box above the reviews for Transport Connection with a disclaimer warning people about Bill. I feel like these claims are completely unfounded and I'm not sure why this warning is even there. I read all his reviews and decided to give him a call.

Bill was very helpful and courteous each time I spoke with him on the phone. I was able to reach him easily when I called and when I sent him an email, I always got a quick response within an hour. He was able to gain my confidence very quickly and I felt good about going with his company. He did get me on a 3 way call with the shipping company and we were to agree and sort out all details regarding the transport quickly and easily.

I can't think of anything I would change with my experience with Bill and Transport Connection. It's apparent he has been doing this for a while and runs his business like a well oiled machine. He even called to follow up with me on the day it was supposed to be delivered and once again after my car was delivered to make sure I was completely satisfied.

I will definitely be using Transport Connection again and will be recommending them to all my friends and family.
