Overall the shipment of my Volvo from a Massachusetts to Salt lake City was a little worrisome due to a huge snow storm during transport. Bill Avrich the president of this company was on the phone daily until transport was secured and assured me that everything would be taken care of. I was also privy to a 3 way call between the broker, myself and the transport which I found reassuring. Would utilize again in the future.
