Bill is great. He's definitely a sales man but he was spot on and no nonsense. The process and experience was fantastic. The drivers were very professional and called several times to prior to pick up and prior to delivery. I was a first timer and had concerns that I would be taken advantage of even doing a reasonable amout of research. I have zero hesitation recommending Bill.
