Bill did everything as promised. The carrier was also very good. The carrier said they would pick up the car between 1 and 2, but they got there at 3:30. On the delivery, the carrier said 10:00, but got there at 11:30. I am not complaining about that due to traffic, etc. No complaints, all was professional and accomplished with ease. I would recommend Bill to anyone who asked!
