Why I would use Transport Conenction again

After reading many reviews and being treated like my business (and my car) weren't important I called Bill at Transport Connection to see what advice and info he had for me. First off I liked that I was speaking with the business owner and that he took the time to go over the process and explained how the industry works. I shipped my car from upstate NY to WA. Within a day of listing my car as available for pick-up Bill called me to confirm a pick-up and driver information. The whole experience was easy and my car made it to WA in 7 days (earlier than was expected). Not only was Bill helpful, but our driver Vlad was awesome and kept me posted throughout the trip so I had an idea early on when my car would arrive. Hands down I would use Bill again. He is direct and honest. Save yourself some time.
