I just shipped my car for the third time with Bill Avrich/Transport Connection. He worked with me to list my car for the most fair price that would still get picked up by a carrier. I didn't even need to shop around for quotes this time, I just called him up and he set it up for me right away. When the carrier called me to say that they were delivering the car in an hour (a day earlier than planned so I was not at my destination yet) I called Bill and he spoke to the carrier right away on my behalf to come up with solution. He asked the carrier to hold the car at their location near my delivery site and even called several car rental companies with me on the line to set up a car rental so that I can get my car from the carrier.

He's a great person to work with. Both pervious times there were absolutely no issues with my car transport, and this time when there was (the carrier's mistake, not his), he helped me right away and came up with a solution that worked for everyone involved.

I won't hesitate to call him next time I need my car transported and I recommend him to anyone I know who's looking to move their car. It's also very nice talking to the owner of the company each time instead of just a representative hired to field calls.
