I contacted Bill to move 2 vehicles from FL to CA. Bill took a substantial amount of time with me to understand my needs and educate me on the industry. He was open and honest about his services and discussed the competitors I brought up candidly and without "bashing". We ended up not making the move for personal reason. I called Bill and he promptly refunded my deposit without question.
