Wonderful Customer Service!! Would totally recommend

I have had my car shipped twice before, but this was the first time I worked with Transport Connection. I have never had such a wonderful experience! For the first time I had a transport person (Bill) that I could call and work with directly. He was polite, straight forward, and gave me wonderful customer service. He found me the best deal possible, and the cheapest one I have ever had. AND not only was it affordable but it had the best service I have ever experienced. The team picked up my car the first day of the three day window and were great about communication. They also dropped off my car after only 5 days (the shortest I have ever had between California and Texas). My car was in great condition and they constantly kept in touch to let me know about when my car was going to be arriving.

None of this would be possible without Bill at Transport Connection. Bill helped me find this great company to work with and made sure I was taken care of. Bill really cares about his customers and is always available to make sure they get the best customer service from the best carriers.

I would work with Bill again in a heart beat. He was recommended to me by a family friend who also had a great experience. I would also recommend Bill and his company to anyone shipping a car.
