I didn't work with Bill very long, I talked to him to discuss a transport of my daughters car. I put the deposit down because I felt he was very knowledgeable and seemed easy to do business with. He promised that if things changed, I would get the deposit back. Two days later, I had to change our plans because my daughter decided to drive her car to the destination instead of having it transported. Bill immediately gave my deposit back and asked me to contact him if I needed his services in the future. I would definitely do that. I got my deposit back as promised with no strings.
