I've never used a transport company before and knew nothing about the business. I used Transport Reviews to find a broker and decided to use Transport Connection based on its positive reviews. I liked that I would be working directly with Bill Avrich, the owner. I found Bill to be very forthright and clear about the process and he went on to provide excellent service and follow up. I would work with him again without hesitation.
