Bill was prompt in contacting me once I left the message. He followed up until we had a driver that committed to the transport. He was friendly, professional and honest. Bill told me upfront that the initial cost was a fee that he would receive for finding the transporter. It took less than a week to get a commitment from a driver, once that happened Bill arranged everything.
The vehicle arrived safely in NY only 4 days after pick up. I would use Bill again to find a reliable transporter if I was in need of the service again. Well Done! Thank You!
