Bill at Transport Connection did an excellent job of explaining his service and what he does. He spent nearly 30 minutes explaining everything to me since it was my first timr. After one day he found a truck driver and got everyone on the phone for a game plan. I would definitely use Bill again and recommend him to everyone.
