Our Difficult Situation - Easy Solution

This was the first experience we had transporting a vehicle. Bill came in with the lowest quote off the bat, but said (like every other company did) for the price,we could only get the car to Los Angeles instead of Santa Maria. Not ideal, but okay... He remained in contact and, knowing the situation, maintained siutational awareness over our contract. As the time to move got closer, he was able to find a carrier that would drop the vehicle off at our door for about the same price. That took a huge load of our minds.

Very helpful and friendly service despite numerous nervous calls on the day of pick-up and delivery. Highly recommended.
