Bill was very helpful and knowledgeable about the entire car transport process. He was able to negotiate effectively and choose my driver carefully. I was impressed with Bill's dedication to follow-up and not leaving the customer hanging. He was very direct with the driver and ensured there was no potential for misunderstanding the pick up and drop off requirements. Everything went smoothly and I believe Bill more than earned his fee in arranging a successful car transport at a competitive rate.
