After shopping around I contacted and spoke with Bill. We talked numerous times regarding availability of drivers and discussed options on pick up dates. As as customer, I'm the type that expects good communication from any business. Bill was very workable, we worked on options for exact pick up dates, how bids work, and final pricing. This was appx 2 weeks prior to pick-up, and while calling Bill, he often called transporters directly. This was comforting to know, that he knows and recommends transporters he has dealt with in the past. Arrangements were made within 3 days after posting the bid on the board. Overall, Bill was very reachable and a pleasure to communicate with. Very satisfied!

Once the transporter, in this case Smart Transport, was chosen to pick up, the driver, Marty, was also prompt and easy to communicate with. Our car was picked up on time and delivered at the early part of the estimated delivery. All contents were accounted for and no damage occurred during the transport. Marty was also easy to reach when I needed status. Again, we're very happy with this experience overall.
