I would definitely recommend Transport Connection to anyone considering shipping a vehicle. Bill provided me with prompt and personal attention, taking care at every step of the process to ensure I understood what would happen and when, especially as this was my first time using such a service. He was able to use his knowledge and connections to quickly negotiate for a carrier, and I was completely satisfied with the door-to-door experience. Although the final cost proved to be slightly higher than the initial quote, this was not a "gotcha" but again something that we discussed in advance of any payment. You may receive marginally lower quotes from other brokers, but for me the bottom line was a professional and stress free move, and Transport Connection delivered (pun intended) on all fronts.
