Very happy with both the Broker (Bill) and the carrier. Both met or exceeded my expectation. I had a good discussion at the begining with Bill about what my specific needs were and how the process worked. Bill presented me with a couple of options for me to choose from to meet my needs. Carrier was prompt and very professional. Will willing work with both again if the need arrises.
