I purchase a 2008 BMW M5 from SelectAutoImports in Alexandria, VA whose customer service and buying experience are impeccable and superfluous even considering the fact that this was an internet purchase! After taking possession of my vehicle, I called a vehicle transportation company to assist me with transferring my vehicle to Fayetteville, GA. To my surprise, I waited 10 days and my car still had no prospects to be shipped. Out of frustration and reaching the pinnacle of my patience, I called Transport Connection at 7:30PM. Upon sensing my gall of my transporting dilemma, Bill immediately began to win my confidence by explaining, in detail, how the vehicle transportation process works giving my undeniable proof! Bill stated "As an owner of an M3, I know how these vehicles should be moved, and I can find you the right carrier to move your vehicle quickly and correctly!" With optimism, I agreed to switch my transporting services to Bill at 11:00PM. To my delight, at 8:20AM the following morning, Bill found a carrier that, likewise, had same affinity and meticulous character for transporting luxury vehicles for a reasonable price of $750.00. Within 48 hours of contracting with Transport Connection, my BMW M5 arrived in Fayetteville, GA in pristine condition! Congratulations Bill on a job well done and for turning around the horror of my transporting experience!
