Bill was great, very honest and upfront about what to expect. This was my first experience with shipping a car and I had no idea how complicated it could be. Bill made it simple (and he has a good sense of humor which is helpful :) He was very upfront about what it would take to get the car picked up and explained how the industry works (and sometimes doesn't work!). Now I understand why going with the lowest price is not worth it. If you actually want your car to be picked up, use Transport Connection. Would definitely use them again! Totally worth every penny!
