Bill was great. I contacted him about getting my truck from San Diego, CA to Houston, TX after the company I first chose failed to do so. I was very angry with the other company, and Bill assured me he would straighten everything out, and he did. After we spoke and got everything set up, he called everyday to give me an update on how it was going, which I really appreciated after not hearing from the other company for weeks at a time. It only took him 3 days to find a carrier for me. I must also mention that my truck is over-sized so it required a specific type of trailer to carry it. It wouldn't fit on a normal car carrier, it had to be on a flat bed, which is uncommon in the vehicle transport world. My truck was picked up and delivered to me in 4 days, and was even still clean(it had been washed right before it was picked up). Overall, Bill runs a great company and I would highly recommend him.
