From the start, the agent that helped me was tenacious. We were traveling around Christmas time (2011) and other companies kept giving us the run around, but Transport Connection TOOK CARE OF BUSINESS! It would have been nicer to pay a little less, but those who could quote a lesser price either had to bail out at the last minute due to the holidays, or called way too late for us to even consider them. Transport Connection was available to me via the phone whenever I needed matters to be handled. The pick up and therefore delivery was a few days past what we had expected when we locked in the deal, but they did deliver with only 1 minor scratch on the hood. Overall, we are pleased with Transport Connection's handling of our account and our van.
