Bad Circumstances, Excellent Customer Service!

In my quest to have my '98 Honda Accord transported from Florida to Georgia, I contacted many businesses. After receiving a multitude of quotes (most of which were ridiculous), I stumbled across Transport Connection. Upon speaking with Bill, I came to realize how the vehicle transport industry really works. Bill broke down the process in a way that no one else did. After a lengthy conversation (and two days of continued research on my part), I decided to choose Transport Connection for my move. Unfortunately, the timing of my move created a situation where there were reduced carriers available. Days passed....and by my moving date, no carriers were available. I ultimately had to cancel my order. However, Bill was a true professional from beginning to end! He made every attempt possible to find me a carrier (at the best rate). Throughout the process, he was honest and informative. Above all else, he valued the customer's satisfaction. This trait has unfortunately become a rarity with most companies. It was refreshing to conduct business with someone who puts more of an emphasis on customer satisfaction (instead of money and profits). Bill also refunded the deposit. If I ever need a vehicle transported in the future, I'll definitely give Bill a call. Despite the unfortunate circumstances, I highly recommend Transport Connection!
