I have to say Bill has an interesting character and unique way in doing his business. Even though the total transport cost is not cheap, but, I have to say I would rather get the service than paying less! I was a little skeptical in the beginning, but, as things were rolling along, I could see the transport would complete as promised. I prefer to work with someone that do what they say than giving you a "run-around" answer... Nothing personal, Bill, I think you might be able to be the number one company on the transport reviews if may be you speak a little "less strong", some of your customers might feel intimidated or "uncomfortable" if they can't see pass your personality. Overall, great job!
