We were flying in to Los Angeles on Thursday so we set auto delivery for Friday to buffer for any issues with arrival time. Bill arranged for transport with a carrier that was based in L.A. that could hold the car should it arrive early, (which it did) and offer flexibility in delivery. We flew in on Thursday on time, called the carrier and the car was delivered Thursday afternoon, which was optimal for us and a day earlier than scheduled. Everything worked as Bill promised. I would use him again and will recommend Transport Connection to any friend looking to transport a vehicle. Thank you Bill!
