My experience with Bill at Transport Connection was good. He secured a carrier for my car immediately over the phone (3-way conference call) and even haggled for a lower price. He was very helpful when the carrier was not able to make the delivery on time and asssited me in reaching the carrier (again, 3-way conference call). The carrier agreed to cover the car rental costs I encrued by not receiving my car on the schedule we had agreed upon. Overall, I am pleased with the prompt service provided by Transport Connection.
