As Bill says "Cheapness is its own form of punishment in life".

Bill bent over backqwards to work with me. First vehicle, when the driver got there it would not start. Needless to say I back out on that one.

Even though Bill had fulfilled his obligation of getting me a carrier and having them at the pick up on time, he allowed me to look for another vehicle and coordinated that pick up for no additional charges.

I would highly recommend Bill and Transport Connection to anyone and will use him again if I need a carrier again.
