I have to give this overall experience (on a scale of 1 to 10) a perfect 10. From the initial conversation with the company to the time of delivery every promise that was made was kept or exceeded. The representative explained the entire process, put me in contact with the owner of the trucking company and followed up after delivery to confirm that all of my expectations were met or exceeded. The drivers were prompt for pickup. They did a complete inspection of the car prior to loading it onto the truck and gave me an estimate on when they expected to be at the final destination.The dispatcher kept me informed of their progress on daily basis and picked out a delivery point that was very close to where we lived. On the day of delivery, we had an issue with the drop of location, but the dispatcher worked closely with me to arrange an alternative location and the drivers cooperated full with the change in plans. The car was delivered in the same condition as when it was loaded (no damage). Overall, a very rewarding experience!!!
