From the Auto Broker, Mr. Bill Avrich, to Nguyen Transport's dispatcher, Mr. Eric Lane, right down to Nguyen's driver, I received courteous, prompt and honest answers to all of my questions. I further received exemplary service. Whatever minor problems were confronted, both Mr. Avrich and Nguyen Transport solved any difficulties quickly and professionally. This is the 2nd time I've used Transport Connection as my broker, and I would highly recommend Bill Avrich as an Auto Broker without equal.
