I was in a bind because my original driver bailed on me, so I called Bill because he had so many good reviews. Before taking a deposit from me, he got a driver on the phone and we talked 3-way and agreed on a price and pick up time. I'm always nervous shipping my cars, but the driver (Valor Pop) was super nice and great at communication, picked up my cars Wednesday night and had them in Naples Friday afternoon. Like I said, lightening fast!
