I stumbled upon Bill and Transport Connection by chance and am glad I did. I was just calling around for quotes and Bill spent time with me on the phone to educate me about the industry and how things work. I appreciated his honesty, and told him how much I personally value integrity so that's why he was getting my business. What's most important about Bill is that he instills confidence in you as a customer. When you've finished talking to him you will be absolutely convinced that this isn't some joker and that he knows exactly what he's doing. Putting you directly in touch with the carrier is a nice touch too!
