It was my first time transporting a car. Everything was explained to me in detail by Bill. All the questions were answered. I booked for an open carrier since it was cheaper, I was lucky to get an enclosed carrier for $600.00. The driver was one time for pick up and was 2 days early than estimated time. The driver called the day before the delivery and called an hour the day of the delivery. If I ever need to get another car transported, I will call Bill. Bill is fluent in Tagalog :)
