I contacted Bill at Transport Connection to ship a motorcycle from the east coast out west. My initial attempt to ship was derailed when the shipper called on the day of the pickup and said the "truck was too full" and that I would have to ship it on a different truck. A few weeks later Bill noticed that the shipper had marked the bike as "delivered" (when it was still sitting in my garage). Bill helped straighten things out with the shipper and finally got my bike out to Utah. Big thanks to Bill for dealing with the shipper's shenanigans.
