Transport Connection vs Worry Free Transport

I first booked 2 vehicles with Worry Free Transport. I was informed that it could take UP TO 10 days. After 13 business days the cars had not been picked up and I had not been contacted by Worry Free Transport AT ALL! I started to call around to other transport companies and within minutes I was contacted back by Bill at Transport Connection. He explained the in's and out's (which I was unfamiliar with since this was my first time shipping our vehicles). Within 2 hours he had 4 trucking companies quote him with pricing and was able to get me a good quote. We spoke with the trucking company on a 3 way call and both vehicles were picked up THE NEXT DAY! After waiting over 2 weeks for Worry Free Transport I thought this was amazing! The price was a little higher than what I was quoted with Worry Free, but you get what you pay for!!! The cars were delivered within 4 business days (shipping from Philadelphia to Fort Lauderdale), which was the exact time quoted! The truck drivers were extremely nice and knowledgeable. After initially being stressed about having these before the winter snow, the outcome was OUTSTANDING with Transport Connection! So, when shipping my vehicles again would I use Transport Connection? ABSOLUTELY!!! Thanks Bill :)
