This was the first time I used a Carrier. I was very suprised all business was done through brokers. I chose Transport Connection because they were highly rated. Bill was a very user friendly person to use for the first time. Nice man. Although more pricey then I was expecting, Bill did a nice job. Only problem came when the truck broke down and the car was picked up 4 days later then they said it would be. Not Bill's or the nice, hard working drivers fault ,but I had to rent a car for the extra 4 days I was waiting for delivery.
