I originally chose a different carrier to transport a vehicle from Washington to Texas. After three weeks of waiting, the car had not been picked up. I began another search for a transporter and ended up talking to Bill with Transport Connection. He contacted a transporter while I was on the phone with him and I actually talked with the person picking up my vehicle the next day. My car was delivered on time without any problems. I am a very satisfied customer.
