TRUE STORY
Initially Bill said good luck and hung up on me because I was brash, I demanded no deposit,a specific time and price, because of the rip offs that are out there that take advantage of you, I was pissed. But, to my astonishment he called me back ! He didnt have to do that. He took the time to calm me down and thoughly explain the process of gaining a broker, then getting a carrier. Bill went completely out his way on this one, and on such a personal level, to line up, check progress and follow up after delivery to make sure I was satified. He truely has taken my Business Personally as he says on his website. If I ever have to recommend or use a vehicle transport company again, you can bet your ass it will be Transport Connection.
