Bill is a tell it like it is guy. You can be turned off by that but he knows his stuff and will get you the best deal possible. I happen to like getting the straight scoop versus apologies later for not being able to meet your commitment! With Bill you will get what you expect. He connected me with the carrier on a 3-way call and we arranged price, etc. on the phone. Yoelmis or Yoel for GLP was great. She had regular communication. The drivers were very pleasant. I have to tell you that you need to be flexible. They were about an hour late due to traffic, etc. but I was informed ever step of the way (That's why I marked them on time. Very reasonable!). Oh, did I mention that we spoke on Thursday and they picked up the car on Friday. Yes the very next day. They also got it to my son in Texas Saturday evening! Overall, I now know that I have someone I can count on. So don't go to one of those brokers that has no relationship with the carriers as they cannot come close to the quote they give you. Believe me, I had over 10 quotes and a dozen calls once I posted the car for shipment. However, Transport Connection all the way...
