Being new to this process, I went on line and requested quotes and within a short time span I had a lot of research ahead due to the many different price points and variables. My main concern was to get my son's car moved from Miami to Port Orchard, Washington and delivered in an adequate time frame. Bill contacted me immediately and connected me directly with a carrier company he entrusts for a quote and timelines. YOU are getting an exact price, along with timelines right off the bat. Bill issued the contract on a Saturday and the car was picked up the following Tuesday by noon (above my expectations). All was going well until the delivery by a 3rd party, local carrier, and then when we encountered a few mishaps. Contacted Bill and stressed my very upsetting concerns, as the 3rd party carrier was not agreeing to the terms of contract and wanted the car picked up at local mall, 45 minutes away from the original delivery destination point. Bill called them immediately and negotiated a discounted price of $100.00, which was paid in cash upon pick-up to my family. Car was in same condition as it left and I have a very happy son.
