Is there a 10-stars somewhere? Because I can put it there, if there is.

I came across Transport Connection because it is one of the highest rated among the non-compensated reviews. I called and was able to speak with the CEO of the company, Bill Avrich. Talking with the boss instead of a clueless representative was itself a plus. He gave me a lowdown on the details of an otherwise expensive route making me understand how things were. Even with a quite steep price tag, he made things better by negotiating a better deal and having the pick-up and delivery dates so prompt! Ivan (and his son), driving the carrier, were so polite and always kept me updated on when I should be expecting them. Reserved on a Tuesday, got the carrier info that day. Car picked-up on a Friday. Car delivered on a Sunday. Sweet!
