The service from Bill at Transport Connection was superb! Upon receiving my call, he immediately arranged a pickup for my car as I listened on the phone. My car was picked up and delivered on time. However, there was a problem with the company that transported my car as my car arrived with damage to the hood.
Bill personally stood by me through the process of resolving the damage issues with the company that had transported my car. He was so supportive and proved to me that his customers are his number one priority. The damages were resolved to my satisfaction thanks to Bill's persistence. You hope for the best when your car is being transported across country but when things do go wrong (and it can happen) you need someone to stand with you and back you up. That's what Bill did for me and I highly recommend his company if you are looking to transport your car! Thanks Bill!
