I originally hired a different company called Move On Time Auto Transport but they stopped being cooperative, helpful, communicative, or even giving me any idea of what was going on like when they would pick-up or drop-off the vehicle, you know the kind of stuff you might expect to know when hiring a vehicle Shipper. Nope that shipper was only helpful until they had my money. After waiting over 3 weeks for them I decided to call someone else to get it shipped. I called Transport Connection and ended up on the phone right away with Bill Avrich. He was Very Helpful and let me know that my vehicle shouldn't be taking so long to ship as with that other company they did eventually tell me a lie that my car was in que with 300+ other cars and that was why it was taking so long, they also said if I got another shipper it would only delay the shipping more. I put my trust in Bill and gave him my deposit. About 8 days later I had my vehicle. I wish I had only found Transport Connection first. Thanks Bill!!
