I had two bad experiences before my car was picked up. First broker gave me a false contract and the truck never showed up. The second broker also wasn't that promising. However Bill took his time to explain how the transport industry works and put me on three way call right away after he found a driver. The whole process was fast and clear. I liked how Bill was my aggressive advocate. With the interference of the second transport company I had to pay $50 more than invoice to receive my car keys but Bill completely stood up for me and got my 50 bucks back.
Very good communication with Bill.
Definitely use Transport Connection and find Bill.
