Order was placed to pick up 2 cars on 9/7/2012 for $950 from La Pine, OR to L.A., CA. I then changed the date to 9/17/12 given ample time for pick-up. Was told by Daniel that they couldn't find anyone to do it for that price and that drivers wanted an addtl $150, I agreed. They only did the initial price of $950 to get me to sign on with them. Nice! 1st trucking co they dispatched wasn't able to pick up cars on monday eventhough they said they would but then I had to call and find out it wouldn't be until tuesday sometime, cancelled with them. 2nd trucking co dispatched said they would pick up Wednesday afternoon, showed up 2 hours late. They were supposed to deliver cars by Friday afternoon, I had to call driver to find out he ran out of hours and has to rest and I won't get my cars till monday afternoon. Way to keep me informed!!!!!! No phone calls nothing, just pick up my cars and we'll get them to you when we want! So now my cars are sitting in some yard for the next two days until the driver can get back on the road Awesome!!! Daniel at transport did nothing for me except put my order on the driver board, no customer service at all.
