Perfect transport

I transported my family's 2 cars from Maryland to San Fran and there is not much to say, other than Transauto handled things perfectly! They were exactly on-time for pick-up and delivery and confirmed the times by phone leading up to the pick-up and delivery. They picked-up the cars 10 minutes from my house and delivered them exactly in front of my parking garage. On pick-up, Jay went over the cars detailing and marking every scratch and dent on the contract. On delivery, when my wife thought she noticed a new scratch, Andy quickly went to grab a camera to help document the new scratch for us - a very positive action. As I reviewed the original paperwork, I found that the scratch was already there prior to pick-up and that there was no issue. As a BMW owner, I can 100 percent recommend Transauto to other owners who may be a bit more sensitive to how their cars are treated by others. I am extremely satisfied with my choice in transport providers.
