I needed my car shipped from Plattsburgh, New York, (Way Upstate near the Canadian Border) to Miami. I was skeptical because I previously had shipped a car from New York City, to Miami and was quoted one price and then the price completely changed after I booked. I called different carriers and eventually found Chris Helbing from Transnation. Chris quoted me a price of $950, and I'm thinking Yeah, right, $950.00 from the Canadian Border and was expecting another "bait and switch". Whenever I tried to contact Chris he was always accessible either via his direct line or his cell phone. When he called me to tell me had a carrier and the price was $950.00 like the origianl quote, to tell you how pleased I was would be an understatement. He was honest, accessible and reliable.. The transport driver was extremely courteous and professional as well. I am happy to write this review and absoulutely will only deal with Chris and Transnation if I ever want to ship a car again.
