I generally do not write reviews or speak bad about anyone, but the treatment I have been meted out by this business forced me to lodge a complain and make the public aware of the shady practice of this business. I scheduled a delivery of my Prius from Braintree MA to Redmond WA on 21th Dec 2013 and paid the advance amount two days before the scheduled pickup. The call center was happy to assist me while I paid the amount. On the day of the delivery no one came to pickup the car and we waited for more than 2 hours. Multiple phone calls, voice mails, email went unanswered. We missed our flight because of the wait and had to rebook a different flight. After the weekend we called Ernie and Jesus multiple times and at the end of the day they picked up the call and agreed to pickup the car the next business day. Even after all the promises, on the day of the second pickup no one bothered to respond to our concerned calls and the call center folks put the blame on dispatch, the driver and also on their New York office for the confusion. No one was willing to take responsibility and the customer was left in a lurch. Is this how a business is run? No responsibility, no professionalism, no accountability. Because of this behavior we are currently without our car and paying for a rental car, paid extra for the missed flight. Who is going to pay for all this physical and mental pain? Saving 50$ on the move is not worth it if one has to go through so much uncertainty and torture.
