BEWARE!! save yourself the stress and added expense and hire a good shipper! These people are full of lies and empty promises!.I hired trans auto transport to ship a chevy pickup from sikeston mo to wilmington ma.I spoke to brian on the phone 10-14-13 that guaranteed me that they could pickup my truck no later than 10-18-13.I explained to him that storage charges would start after that date and i needed to have the truck pickup before 10-18-13.He said no problem.I can get the truck on 10-17-13 .So they sent me a written contract and it clearly states pickup on or before 10-18-13.I give them $150 dollar deposit.Well guess what happens.They never show up for the truck!I call them to see whats going on.They say they need check and call me back. they never call back! I am forced to pay 3 days extra storage for my truck because they dont pick it up.They refused to refund my deposit. On 10-21-13 I hired a real shipping company auto transport 123 and explained the situation.They picked up the truck the same day and delivered to me with no problems.. THIS COMPANY RIPPED ME OFF OF $150 DOLLAR DEPOSIT AND COST ME $90 DOLLARS IN EXTRA STORAGE CHARGES!!! learn from my mistakes use a real shipper!! These people are nothing but scammers!!!

Trucker has been calling customer all day and place is about to close. We cannot get a hold of customer, we need buyer number and vin number from him.Tony talked to our driver and let her go out there knowing that his car got picked up from another company. who is in the wrong here.TransAuto Transport does it's best to provide a good customer service and regrets what occurred with this customer.
