I researched & compared at least 25 company quotes and verified the company status through BBB, Trans Auto Transport was definitely in contention. Quotes I received varied from the lowest $750 vs. $1250, of course, my first inclination would be to opt for the cheapest rate, right? no, do not rely on that assumption. What I did next was, I called a few of the companies to speak to a live person and basically interview them, to get an idea how knowledgeable they are about auto transporting, how long they've been in business, etc., throughout the conversation, I was actually testing their Customer Service skills. Most of the service reps I dealt with had condescending manners, know-it-all attitude, impatient & only in business for a short time. Fortunately, when I called Trans Auto Transport, Jesus Briceno, got my call, he answered all of the questions that put me at ease about shipping our 2009 Nissan Sentra cross country. Jesus was very knowledgeable in discussing the company history, the process of pick up and delivery, payment terms, insurance and more. Within a 24-hour period of paying the deposit, I was given the dispatcher's name and drivers' names, Joey and Jose. The car was scheduled for pickup Friday between 12-5pm, unfortunately, due to inclement weather and traffic, CP Auto Transport arrived around 5:45pm.
My auto was delivered to California in 4 days! I highly recommend Trans Auto Transport for your auto shipping needs.
