I have shipped my car twice before, and both times were horrible. The customer service at Trans Auto Transport was excellent and by far was much higher than expected. My initial booking agent Bernie responded to all of my questions and emails very promptly. The truck driver was also very good at keeping in contact with me. He called on the initial pick up date to let me know what his status was, and updated me twice during the transport.

I would completely recommend using Trans Auto Transport to anyone who has never shipped their car before.

There are some bad companies out there so its important to not base your decision off of price only, the company has so many good reviews and have been 5 stars for the past few years. Their pricing is also very competitive to the other transporters out there. Hope this review helps!
