I have shipped multiple cars on several occasions before this request so I knew the procedure with brokers, etc. Fortunately I have had no problems with other carriers before, but there is always doubt in my mind. I received at least 25 responses to my internet request for quotes. Phil at TransAuto Transport LLC. was the best with contacting me personally and had the best follow-up. He showed the most interest on a personal note but did not become a pest. He was very good at letting me know what his company would do if given the opportunity. I had a very small window for delivery in AZ (two days), and he guaranteed me that his company could meet that request. No other company followed up and no other company could make that guarantee. The truck driver contacted me, arrived in a timely manner, was pleasant and professional, and told me when he would be there to deliver my car. He kept his word. My car came in perfect condition when he said it would. His truck had several upscale cars including the Batmobile so I knew this driver and company could deliver. I'm extremely satisfied with the service and will use them again when I need them.
